well lasdts weeks 1 workout went well until the flu and strep throat got me, so lets give it a try this week, work out number 2 in as many weeks, now thats sad
hey bro 2 is still twice as many as zero so keep your chin up. I got hit with something last week myself and I'm still recovering so I've missed a weeks worth of workouts too. Going to try and make a comeback tonight.
