It's probably something in your diet that's giving you gas. If you can figure that out, just knock that out of your diet. The food that has affected me worst was quaker oat squares cereal - that was downright awful. Onions also seems to do a number on me.
I was in the same boat as you, Elmo. I got it under control with a combination of ginger root, papaya extract, and Simethicone (Phasyme, Gas-X, etc.). I think the ginger root did the most good. What sucks is you pretty much have to take it with every meal. It's pretty cheap though. I buy it at Wal-mart.

Dude I have the same problem man..actually a lot of bb and people who eat high protein diets have the same problem...I just let em rip and leave the area, b/c MINE are hazmat material!!!
