I can't explain it boys, but need some juicy advice:
Woke up with severe shoulder pain and limited ROM for no reason. This was after an off day and I had no probls whatsoever in the gym leading up to now.
It looks like it will be a problem for at least a few weeks.
I will be able to work about it a little, but only a little.
Should I shit-can my cycle now and go on clomid or should I ride out the cycle and just do work-around exercises?
I ask this question because there is no real point in doing a cycle unless you can train hard and make serious gains, but it is virtually impossible to train hard and make gains when you have one arm that doesn't want to move.
what do y'all think?
