Ok, keep in mind, I don't diet, I eat like shit, and I don't do cardio... at least until after Memorial Day. Starting Tuesday I'm going to start eating clean and start doing cardio.

5'9", 215lbs, no clue about bf%, but I'd guess 15ish%... might be leaner, but I don't feel like it.

I don't do abs like I should... my only ab workout happens in bed. I will be incorporating some weighted abs along with the cardio and clean eating, as well.

Thanks fellas. I'm just going to clean up the diet, actually eat more than 2 or 3 times a day, and when I do eat it won't be 2 big macs, a filet of fish, cheeseburger, fries, and diet coke... I'll actually eat lean beef, chicken, and tuna, throw in a few veggies here and there, and try to keep the carbs down and the protein 2gs per lb of body weight. I think doing that combined with 30-40 mins of cardio per day will lean me right out in about a month or two. By 4th of july, I should be pretty decent.

that's how I eat, bro. CH3NO2 gives me shit all the time because whenever we go out to eat I'll eat a nice steak, a sweet potato, a salad, then get a fat ass piece of cake with ice cream on it, or I'll go to DQ and get a large chocolate blizzard with oreos in it. Every night I have some kind of ice cream. Last night, I ate almost a half container of Breyers Rocky Road.

Hellz yea!! People don't understand why I'm not 367lbs of fat... I have to explain that's why I go to the gym. So I can eat like this and not be a fat tub of lard. Just imagine how I'd look if I could afford to eat 7 or 8 times a day and have a dietitian hook my food up! lol

My starter pics are gone. Being exhausted and getting carried away with the delete button FTL. I'm really working hard now, so at the end of this month, I'll post up some updated ones. Maybe I'll have the woman try to get some better ones. Oh, and thanks for saying I'm looking great. You know what I was like before, so you know better than the rest on here how far I've come, and I have to thank you for part of that, for your advice and help. Between you and our missing partner, along with knowledge from the fine people on this board, I think that's what I needed for that extra push past my plateau.

Thanks! Yea, I'm hoping that eating cleaner and actually doing cardio and abs will get me "beach ready" by the 4th of July. I'm going to change my workout a little, as well, and kick up the reps.

I haven't measured in a couple of months, but I was at 18.25 on the left and 18.5 on the right when I did it then.

You got me by like 10lbs, and I know I have crazy impaired perception on what I look like, but youre 20X bigger than I am.. I have no real definition. My lats are pretty wide and my delts stick out nicely, but I have no upper chest and my arms are just big blobs. You however looked jacked!

Thanks bro!! I'm trying to bust it out. Main reason, we're going to the waterpark on the 3rd and then river on the 4th to go tubing. lol. The wife wants some pictures and stuff of us having a good time, so I want to be sure I'm not going to be too embarrassed. I have to admit, I really can't wait until I can eat more than 100 carbs a day, though. This whole week, I haven't eaten more than 25 per day, except today, and I'm up to 34 right now. I'll finish out the day around 50, which will be my goal for the last week... 50 or less. All while kicking cardio up a notch. I've been averaging an hour and a half per day of cardio, broken up into 2 or 3 sessions.

LOL!! How do I get up to do cardio? The night before, I look in the mirror and hate what I see. So when the alarm goes off at 0600, I know that I NEED to get up and go do my 30 mins of cardio or I'm not going to look any better. Then I come home, drink a low carb shake (1g of carbs), and get ready for work. By the end of the day I'm definitely feeling it, but I just suck it up and push through my workout after work.

Ok, so today was my cutoff day. I'm not happy. The wife lost her job two weeks ago, and I've been working 12-13hrs a day. So my training has taken a hit due to excess stress and lack of time. So with that being said, I'm going to extend it another month. Looks like she's got another job locked in, and my heavy wave at work is done. So I will be able to hit it hard and make up for the last few weeks, and hopefully make even more and better gains. I'm going to add more carbs, add more protein, and cut out dairy. I'll keep the carbs under 150g per day and I want the protein to be at least 450g per day. Also going to try to keep the fats down. I'll put a pic up soon as to where I'm at right now, so you can see what progress was made recently. Wish me luck, round 2's bell is about to go ding, ding.

Ok, I got confirmation that I'm doing something right today. I went to Golds and saw a few people that haven't seen me in a couple of months. The first guy, he works there, walked past me and whispered, "You're juicing your fucking ass off, and don't try to deny it". LOL!! Another powerlifter type said, "Holy shit, you're getting huge". I said it was just the shirt I was wearing. He then tapped my side delts and asked if it was stuffed then, because my delts are like volleyballs on top of my arms. lol. So that made me feel really good about my progress. I'm going to try to get in the tanning bed booth tomorrow and get an updated pic... that's where I've taken the others that I posted, so I figured I'd do it in the same light, same mirror, so we can all see the difference in the shots.

Pics are coming... took some today after I had my bf% tested this afternoon. 10.6% at 209lbs. I lost 6lbs in a couple of days, but whatever. I'm ok with that. Still a ways from my goal, but after I get to single digits, I'll work on putting on some lean mass. But then it will be time to get ready for long sleeve shirts again anyways. lol.
BTW, the pics turned out like shit. Seems my new phone has a much better camera, and it's harder to take close quarters pics in dim light. So I'm gonna have my woman take some with the regular camera tonight.

I also have exactly what my caliper measurements were, too, I'll post that up as well.

Dude, first off, thank you. Secondly, I'd say both! lol. I've never really been a slacker, but never really had my head as far into the game. It was always a hobby and fun, and permitted me to eat like shit as much as I wanted and not get fat. Now I got a little more serious, got my diet locked in, and I'm in the gym 7 days a week now. I will occasionally take a day off, but maybe like once a month or month and a half. The only thing I'm on is Sus325 (~500/wk), protein shakes, and BCAAs. I actually had/have a goal that I'm trying to reach. I want single digit bodyfat by Oct 15th then for Nov, Dec, and Jan I will put on more mass, so I can start to cut it up again starting Feb 1, to be lean and mean for the waterparks and beaches by May 1 and hopefully be working on being single digit again, but at 215-220. Might be a reach, but that's my bar that I've set.
