Hi everyone!

I stopped by and was impressed with this board so I decided to stick around.

My stats (from these pics):
height: 5'9"
weight: 214lbs.(about 12%bf)
waist: 34"
arms: 18.5"
4arms: 16"
chest: 47.5"
quads: 27.5"
calves: 17"

I'm 25 yrs. old and I've been training dedicated for 1 year, recreationally for 2 yrs. before that, and some sports weight training in H.S. and college but not much.

I will post some new pics ASAP...they will be pre-cycle (my first cycle!!!) pics. Today I sit at 219lbs...maybe 13%bf.
