need help! random muscle pain.

ok, i was just sitting on the couch and my lower tricep started to hurt, a couple inches above my elbow. and in the past half hr its gotten worse and worse. not it feels like a really bad pulled muscle it hurts like hell. especially when i try to bend my arm. but i wasnt doing anything but just chilling out. but i did my injection this morning in that same arm but in my delt of coarse, and i worked tris last night but ive been great all day till now. just lookin for some feed back thanks

could just be cramps.

Yea I was just hoping that what it is I've just never got cramps in my arms before and since I injected in that arm today I was just worried I fucked something up.

It's probably cramps man or it could just be a slightly pulled muscle or a strain

can a pulled muscle feel warm..cause its warm . its swollen a lil, but there is no discoloration

A Pulled muscle or strained tendon will feel warm to the touch initially. Id ice it this eve off and on. See if it goes away in 48hrs. If no change by then prob get MRI.

i got it about 24 hrs ago. it doesnt hurt as much as it did yesterday but its still swollen.if it ends up being an infection from injecting ill b pissed at myself cause i really try to be very clean.. thanks guys.. ill just hafta see what happens.

Did you inject anything new? I had a batch of test that was burning my ass up with every injection, but if you've been using this same stuff for a while and it's just now hurting, that would probably rule that out.

its the same stuff the only difference that i used a vial that i had sitting around for a couple of weeks that only had like 1 1/2 ml in it. i forgot that i had it so i decided to use it up.. i was using the test outa that vial with no prob. but i started using another vial before finishing that one which i dont know y, but i remembered it was there and used the rest of it up.

It could be an infection if it's still warm to the touch. But you said it never really got red?
