Intra Workout Drink??

I started back on this recently. I have to say in all my years I never really did this consistenly until last year.

Mix up some type of amino blend and bcaa combo etc and sip during your entire workout.

I did PN Amino Infusion, mixed with Hard Kore Amino Blend, it's like an all natural pre workout supplement with 25+ ingredients. Mix it with a gatorade, water, creatine monohydrate and I use the Carbo Slin from PN, some people use Waxy Maize..

Anyways I have to say, it causes at least a 50% reduction in my soreness and increases volume, bodyweight,etc...

Everytime I do this for a month straight, I am up several pounds, am recovered far better..I swear by this method.

Only problem is it can add up quick, cost wise.

Anyone else have an Intra Drink they use regularly??
 
I tried the hydrolized casein and branched cyclic dextrin for a week or two but it always made me feel weird - like angry and very nauseated. I do notice an awesome improvement with just gatorade during my workout - so that is a staple for me. I think I'll give your intra workout drink a try.
 
Yep! Thanks to someone influence me about it, carb mix 40-50 grams and 10grams bcaa , I'm trying waxy maize and not really liking it , when I run out back to carboslin , I like to use peptopro but mainly w/ slin

I think intra workout drinks are great. I don't have to worry about training for hour and a half or more sometimes. My energy levels are pretty constant and it does help with gains.
I like simple stuff that doesn't bloat or is heavy on stomach. I mix some kind of aminos, glutamine, with Gatorade and nitric oxide sometimes.

But I do worry about blunting GH response due to insulin spike. So I don't do Gatorade all the time.
What do you guys think ?

I don't worry about gh blunt. Insulin around training time is the single most important thing to me in my diet and has produced the hardest training and best gains. This is just my experience though.

I've been working on finishing off a 1lb chocolate bunny from easter while I train. Not a shake, but does that count as intra workout nutrition LOL?
