Ramy Coming to America

According to Team Menace...Big Ramy on his way to camp Menace. Big Ramy will be here till June 1st and in between he has some work to do. We will be at the Arnold Rio to represent our great sponsor GAT. May 3rd Ramy will be guest posing at the Pittsburg Championships before we head over to New York for the New York Pro May 17th. Then he final appearance in the US will be the Dennis James Classic May 31st right here in Phoenix. But from now till then Big Ramy will do his homework and that is attacking the weights in the gym.

Big dude, but i think he needs better trainers. I watch a couple his training vids he can go so much further then he is. I hope he has a good season.

I met him on his way to the Olympia and it's just beyond normal man. I'm sure I'll see him at the gym, curious to see how he looks.

finally he started to develop his calves a bit and you can see separation in his quads.

his arms looks bigger as well , i think he is blowing up over all and much more leaner 335lbs than last year 335lbs new york pro prep

To quote luimarco "he is definitely a site to be seen" a little more symmetry and a little more death face at comp time should do it.
