HGH and Test

I'm from another forum but I think you guys here are more suitable to answer this question. I'm currently running 8iu's of generic HGH with Test and I feel like I go "hypo" often (lethargic and sleepy). Doesn't happen every day but it does happen frequently. Whenever I eat my favorite snack (oatmeal, milk, peanut butter) is when it seems to happen the worst. I'm thinking it's sugar?

How can I avoid this? Any info or advice is appreciated.

Reminds me of when I went to the doctor and told him every time I crack my knuckles I get a sharp pain down my forearm and he said then stop cracking your knuckles lol

ok it sounded funnier in my head lol but to your point, how long has this been happening? As lethargy usually passes when it's caused from starting a new compound like HGH or testosterone , that's been my experience anyhow.

Lol... I don't plan on stopping HGH and Test but I would like to combat the problem.

I've been on TRT and blasting Test for over a year... HGH for about 6 months now. The "hypo" feeling started when I started the HGH... Deca does it to me also but I'm not currently on Deca and it's been a considerable amount of time since.

If you think your crashing from a drop in your Blood Sugar, you do not have enough carbs in your system. I am type 2 diabetic and fight this daily. If I eat to many carbs before or after I train, my levels go through the roof and feel like hammered dog shit... If I don't get in enough, I am tired and have no energy... so it is a balancing act all day long.

It just seems suspect that it always happens about a half hour after a meal. The rest of the day I'm g2g.

It's a carb issue I believe as well. Are you taking T4, T3 or slin with the growth and test?

I've had the same problem when I was high GH and high carbs...caffeine was My counter
Yeah if I eat a moderate carb meal I'm fine but if I eat a high carb meal such as a bowl of oatmeal say 1 1/2 cups with about 65g of carbs its sayonara... Lol

Okay, this is NOT being hypo. If anything, your blood sugar is going UP. As someone who has hypoglycemia, I get ups and downs in blood sugar all the time, and I can tell you that when you go hypo, it isn't a lethargic feeling, but when my blood sugar goes up it is--usually I have a level of 120 or above when I really feel it. When you go hypo, you'll get jittery, shaky, cold sweats, and can't think very well. When blood sugar rises, that's when you get lethargic and sleepy. HGH is known for increasing blood sugar levels because it inhibits insulin's action. I highly suggest you get a blood sugar meter to know for sure what's going on.

Thanks for sharing that info... I'll get a meter and keep an eye on it.

@cbbram Bro, IMO... you should decrease the dose of HGH to 4 - 6iu per day, and change your using time. For example, taking 2 or 3 iu around dinner time, and another 2 or 3 iu right before bed. Maybe do this could help solve your "hypo", just a suggestion.

Thanks for sharing your input. I did pin 4 iu's upon wakening for about 4 months and I still had the same problem... actually it was a bit worse.

I'm going to decrease my dosage back to 4 iu's. Yesterday I was shivering in 85° weather.... my blood sugar is definitely being affected. I increased my dosage too fast and too high. Live and learn.

I just had my blood sugar checked and it was 90. The nurse said it was good so I don't know what the deal is. I'm still going to lower my dosage.
