Beginner Test Cycle Help plz!

Hey my name is Chris im on my friend Scott's Account. I just recently started a test cyp cycle. I have 7ml of test cyp and 15 ml of test enth. Im planning on doing an 11 week cycle. Doing 1ml a week twice a week(2ml weekly).

Also I am taking Arimidex with this everyday(Says USP Tamoxifen ciltrate 20mg/ml on bottle). Don't want to get gyno and I want to keep the bloat to a minimum. I'm planning on running 3 times a week for 30 mins in the morning before I eat. Will this hinder any muscle gains???? Not having a bloated face is important to me


Last question is I only have 60ml of Arimidex and I'm doing 11 weeks of test. which is 77 days. Should I get more arimidex and just save some for my next cycle or should i start taking Clomid when I run out instead of 3 weeks after?


I am also drinkign about 2 gallons of water daily. If i drink anymore water i'm goign to need to buy new jeans with a bigger waste size. And I'm taking 2 protein shakes a day and eating a healthy. Will take more shakes, but right now i am constantly farting and they smell like rotton eggs.

If anyone has any tips I can do to keep myself from bloat or breaking out when I am done?

Also taking Acai Berry and a colon cleanse product. If anyone has tried those.

Appreciate any suggestions/criticism

Stats: 5'8 173lbs. working out for about 6 years. Also 2 ml into my cycle so no way im stopping now.
Goals: As much muscle without too much bloat or acne.

if i were you i would switch to 1ml every 5 calender days, i would forget about the arimidex unless you develop signs of gyno, your bloat will be minimal on such a low dose. and 2 shakes and eating healthy doesnt mean anything in the world of bodybuilding. if your gonna play with AAS you really need to have your diet/training in order, or you'll be wasting your time and money.

yup agree with DB 100% list your diet etc. Figure out your Macro percentages. Just cause you eat healthy doesnt mean a thing.
 
With my diet I don't eat fattening foods. I try and get as much protein as I can. I eat a shitload of cold cuts, chicken, eggs and milk. Prob not as good as either of your diets, but I am limited to what I have to eat.


Well what about the question with the cardio 3 times a week for 30min in the morning before i eat?
 
Hey bro, you ought to get your own account. It won't take but a second. We are glad to help and would love to have you as part of the board. If you are doing cardio in the morning first thing remember you are in a catabolic state already and you are gonna probably be in danger of muscle wasting. If you are trying to bulk up I wouldn't do it. I would still take in protein and carbs. Carbs are the fuel that creates the fire to burn fat bro. I assure you.

yup what sauds said also like JT said if you do cardio in the morning make sure to keep your heartrate under 130bpm by all means.
 
I am going to make my own account. Just going to finish this thread one under my friends. Well the treadmill/eliptical has those things where u grab and it tells u ur heart rate. So if i keep my BPM under 130 I wont be burning muscle right? With all the calories I am taking in I want to burn the excess fat that I will be puttin on.

Any other tips for keeping bloat to a minimum? I am taking Arimidex daily.

And as far as Acne? I am drinking almost 2 gallons of water daily. is that enuff or too much? and I heard tanning helps, but I most likely wont break out till im coming off so can I wait till then?

Unless you are holding so much water that you look like a beach ball, there is no need to do armidex ED IMHO. EOD should be plenty and even less so at the dosages you are taking. As far as acne, everyone is different. You may have to bathe more often and make sure you keep the acne in check.
 
you dont need arimidex. and if your drinking 2 gallons of water a day it sounds like your getting more water a day than protein. in that case morning cardio will be no good if your not meeting protein and calorie requirements during the day. so basically lay your diet plan out and it will be easier to assess the situation.
 
Now you guys are saying I dont need armidex. Now does that mean It's not necessary or does that mean its gunna hinder the muscle gains during my cycle?

I already bought the stuff and I'm not looking to do another cycle for along time. Its not expensive stuff. So if it will help even the littliest bit then I want to take it.

EOD sounds like it might be the best idea.
 
decided to go with EOD with arimidex

And i dropped the cardio

I was thinking bout adding ephedrine or clen to the last few weeks of my cycle 11 week test cycle. sound like a good idea? which do you guys find works better
 
whats your bodyfat like? We still dont know what your diet is like. If your going to be eating to put on muscle then stimulants will be pointless if you ask me. Save them for when your trying to actually cut.

They are saying arimidex isnt needed unless you start getting crazy bloat etc. Or you need an anti E for gyno. With that dose of test you probably wont see much bloat at all to be honest. i wouldnt worry about it unless you start showing symptoms of gyno.
