Ive been reading up on some diet options for cutting. I have read some interesting stuff including only taking in carbs pre and post workout. I also read to make sure and have protein intake around 1.5 times your body weight which is a little low for me, but I shoot for twice my weight a day. What do you guys do for cutting. I am on igf right now to cut and doing treadmill work but Im curious of some of your methods especially since we have lots of guys in the know here.
