Ok guys you need to go back and look at this first post of the thread. He wants to compete at a higher weight class. He wants to be a bodybuilder, not a model. If this guy wants to up his weight he needs more test and stay away from the pre-contest drugs in the off season. Just keep the BF% under 15 or less and eat big to.

Presser the model thing was no offense to you, was just saying that you cant worry about looking pretty in the off season.

OK now I'm gonna add in my 2 cents...LOTS of thoughts and opinions on this thread-very good thread by the way

had to go through and reread it 2x while eating my chicken and pasta...:fyi:

2 things I would suggest-UP your tren intake to AT LEAST 650MG/week (check out my post on IF YOU COULD AFFORD ANYTHING)...
next include the IGF...obvious from your previous posts that your body responds very well to this-keep it as your mainstay

maybe look into adding inslulin-I have no experience here so i can not say...talk to SupermanPC he seems to know what he is doing with this very well:thumbsup:

once again it all depends on how your genetic make up is and how your body responds to different elements

I have tried a cycle once of OVER 3g of test a week along with other components such as tren...and reaped no more benefits than 1.5-2G of test a week with other components

have also tried replacing the tren, before, with EQ and my body did not respond to it

this is just how my body responds...(once again check out my post on IF YOU COULD AFFORD ANYTHING)

something you need to keep in mind is that as your body gets older your body's chemistry changes and what might not have worked in the past will work now and vice versa

hell maybe 3G of test is the answer for me now...when I tried the experiment, that was over 7 years ago-maybe my chemistry has changed

as it stands for me right now, 1.5G-2G/week of test for me is optimal anything more is just a waste...650mg/week of tren is optimal-this is my mainstay

anything more than a 12 week cycle is a waste-anything less than 10 week is a waste

all good points accept for me atleast the part about 10-12 week cycles, lol, when i start something heavy cycle wise i dont start peaking until those weeks, so maybe thats why i respond pretty well to lower doses,because i stay on so long, i am currently on my first cycle i started about 8 years ago,lol, just kidding...kind of:uhoh::satan:
 
actually since you brought it up, I've been kicking around the idea of starting to do bridge cycles. (think that some people here call them cruise cycles)

was thinking about running something like 325mg of test a week between heavy cycles...been cycling on and off now for almost 10 years...time on=time off

do the bridge cycle and bump it again when I'm ready-guess that would be the next logical step for me since I really can't kick up anything more in my heavy cycles than they already are...

what about running insulin with IGF ??? Is that to much, dangerous ??? Maybe taking IGF in the morning and the slin post workout in the evening ???

That or you could use your insulin before meals. That way you can break it down into smaller doses and your body will be in an anabloic stage all day long. Be careful though, because IGF makes the sides of Insulin alot more senstive!
 
You could add some tren to the mix that helps big time,even 200mg of tren e a week will do wonders for ya.If you can handle tren then bump it up to 400mg a week.
I think 1 gram of test a week in perfect.
You can always add t-bol 60mg to the mix great for lean mass 11 weeks max that what the book: Inside the East German Doping Machine had studied before Liver stress took place.
