Nuk, I am both very excited, and proud of you. In only another year, you will blow away that type of competition. The guy next to you, there looked good to me, but I would guess he has done this thing many times before, and he has the dialing in thing down. You are still on the strong upward learning curve, (same here). Like I told you earlier, you would do just fine, and you took home some hardware, and the experience and confidence you should now have will go a long way. You will still add even more mass, guaranteed the guy next to you who won the open is tapped out, meaning this is how big he will grow. You still have more size to add, and I say that cause I have seen your genetics, and they are better than the average guys. Also, learning to dial in for a show is key, along with the change in your training styles for show prep. In the last month, every muscle group should be trained or atleast finished off in high rep sets, that works diff muscle twitch fibers which really help at showing striations, muscle cross sections, and bringing out max definition, and by high volume sets I am talking 40-80 reps per set, esp on hams, quads, back, and core. My buddies use this protocal, and it really works for them. Again, awesome job. I appreciate you posting ur info, it really helps me out also, as it gives me a comparitive analysis. Proud brutha.
