I ahve been traveling the past coupld of days working with a rescue service for Rottweilers, pulling abused dogs out of bad homes etc and trust me you have no idea how nasty some of these situations can be. We've seen it all bro. From Pits for dog fighting with not only pit bulls but multiple other breeds to dogs starved just for the fact the owner didnt want it in the first place....it's a sad world bro.

acutally i think hed probably fuck you up. i dont know you, but i know he grew up in a pretty rough part of town, and im sure hes been more than his fair share of scraps. not only that, dog fighting was part of his culture, he was around that type of shit since he could walk. so its no surpise he became a product of his environment. so for that alone he should be cut a break. you dont think he became the highest paid NFL quarterback and then said to himself..hmm i wonder what i could do to really this this up?..

Good point, wouldnt it be better to be remembered for the good you've done rather than the bad.....unfortunately it is so much easier to see the bad when it overshadows the good by so much.

So, if my mother and father were crack heads thus my environment is nothing better it should be forgivable that i too become a crack head. I can nto condone the sport none-the-less. Dog fighting has been cruel adn illegal in this country regardless of where it was done. He made a cognitive decision to embark ona past time knowing well that it was considered inhumane and cruel.
Forgiving the person is fine but forgiving the action takes a lot more.
Vick grew up in a mixed environment, I have two former student who went to school with him. His environment had nothing to do with his concept of right and wrong. I do nto believe that socio/eco status or influences make a person limited in their choices enough to force them to do soemthign that is socially unacceptable (mass acceptance or disapproval is what detyermines its acceptability not smaller social infrastructures)
