LOL, his back is wiiiiiiiide!

That pic is over a year old, but still impressive nonetheless... I've just been recruited to take pics after he eats and we watch TUF so they should be up shortly!

i diet down to 25"

230-235 6'2 ....

flat dumbells 150's for 8
incline dumbells 130's for 15

overhead presses 315 for 8
side raises 60's for 12
front raises 65's for 12
rears 70's for 12

dumbells rows 160's for 15
preacher curls 155

squats 415 for 10
leg ext's 290 for 12
legs curls 270 for 10

I like the playboy draws. LOL. So you diet down to a 25 waist? That is insane. When are you shooting to compete again?
 
whoops, i meant a 28"

well like i said im between 230-235 right now, and am looking to hit 250 by feb .... then looking to diet down to about 215 or so.

every year im learning more about my body and how it reacts to different training and compounds.

seated and standing calf raises.

with my seated ive been going heavy as a MoFo... while standing i try to keep a bend in my knees becasue of my height... helps me concentrate more on the contraction.

this week i just started to do them on the legpress, not a good of a pump ,but the strech is Great from the angle.

Ive been streching in between sets ....

any ideas ?
