i would like to hear your thoughts on this:

do you think that the fat in tuna(in a can packed with water)is a healthy fat source or a bad one ??? Ive heard diff views on this just wondering what you guys think thanks

I don't eat tuna personally because I can' t get past the smell. I am pretty sure that the small amount in a can won't matter either way but I do know all fish has some good fat in it. Sodium is probably more to worry about than the fat in my opinion.

I think its a healthy source theres not much fat in a can of tuna so its not gonna hurt you eitehr way really, since its not added it has to be from the fish so i cant see how it wouldnt be a healthy fat. Never heard of it being a bad one to be honest i wouldnt worry about it.

wow!! good idea. I always did the water tuna, but since calories are so hard to come by on a carb diet.... Im switching to oil.

people ask me that all the time... I dont know why. I guess when the normal person has over 1000 carbs a day, and your eating 100.... its just carb restriction.

no shit.... but some people do man, i mean, this dude i work with actually drinks a 2-liter of mountain dew every day....

Yeah shits nuts, cutler has like 1200 carbs a day in 10 meals that boy can eat .

damn!! i wish i can eat like that..... I just figured out that if i cut out carbs and replace with high protein meals, i can actually get enough protein in from food. Otherwise, forget it...

Yeah i still supplement shakes PWO and in the morning and late at night so i dont have to eat when i wake up to piss. About 60% of my protein is from meat, the rest is from shakes. Ill be switching it up again in a couple weeks.

i've been stricktly eating meat products and i have 1 protein suppliment- its my post workout shake.
