Today ive gotten a few bad cramps up near my top jawbone and man this shit is killer. Ive had the occasional toe cramps etc, but man this shit hurts. I guess i need to up my potassium dont have any taurine on hand. I eat no salt which is 650 mg's of potassium every serving and i eat on every meal probably close to a serving so i know im getting quite a bit of potassium. sodium is not too low its not too high either. Water intake is around 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day. 2 gallons usually being on training days. I havent trained today and man this shit hurts.
