Hey guys got my hands on some MELATONIN 3mg anyone has any experience with it any knowledge regarding its usefulness? Is it bio available orally or is it all hyped up crap. Any info would be appreciated.

Now that ambien does absolutely nothing other than lead me to short-term memory loss and partial-next-day-mental-retardation, I rely on it almost excusively for sleep. Shit works but it makes me tired the day after too. But I'd rather sleep than not so until I find something better, I'm sticking with it.

Man I miss the days where I'd pop 1 ambien and be asleep for the whole night--through tren sweats--and be solid the next day. Now I can literally take 15 (yes, I've done it) and I won't go to sleep any faster.

I use melatonin and L-tryptophan to sleep. They work great for me. As far as ambien , used that also for years, It is shit. I actually sleep way better on the melatonin and L-trytophan. Melatonin gives me wild dreams. L-Tryptophan gives dry mouth so have water next to bed.. Something also that works is unisom. Not the dyphenhydramine one either. The doxyciline is what you want. Sometimes I wake in middle of the night I just take more L-tryptophan, I use 500mg for every 50lbs bodyweight. Thats 5 capsules with a little fruit say half banana to get it across blood brain barrier. I got the idea from Fran ZAne and iT works for me. Drop the Ambien you won't regret it.

Dudes u using the ambien all wrong I notice it stops working within days for me i am prescribed 10mg per day short acting (I think thats the key.) You got to stop taking for few days your body gets unused to it as quickly as it gets used to it. I always change my sleeping medication from day to day and if possible sleep without it when i am just mentally done. Also what was a miracle to me to find regarding sleep was Seroquel or Quetiapine fumarate not extended release. That thing knocked me the fuck out at 25mg so you better be next to bed :)
