Just found an interesting article about a possible negative side effect of blocking myostatin.

The researchers suspect that muscles manufacture myostatin for a reason: it appears to strengthen the tendons. "
Keep in mind that this test was conducted on mice with defective myostatin genes, not mice that had been administered myostatin blockers.
Maybe cycling myostatin blockers would prevent this? How long until the lack of myostatin causes the breakdown of tendons?
