used it tonight and the pump was absolutely stupid...even the guy at the gym asked what the hell is up with your arms...nothing else was different. 2.5oz of this and after 3 sets close grip bench and 4 sets db curl, pump was actually hurting...my partner commented too and he trains with me daily...kept asking if i carbed up before my workout

im not producing this in a powder. It would take away the uniqueness of the product. 13 servings per bottle roughly for me...so it lasts me about a month

im doing 3oz. to start, and sarah is doing 1 oz. so it will last use about 8 workouts total for us...gonna have to order more for us right away....lol....so far I like it..taste is good, and I feel a tad bit more recovered than normal ... and im pretty beat upped...
