I started doing these again this week for shoulders. Not sure if anyone else does them, but I used to love them, but got away from them. They really kill my shoulders...Anyone else do them?
 
I've never try cleans before.. I always thought it could fuck your lower back up... So I never tried them..

These are different than cleans. It's basically an upright row into an overhead military press. No jerking movement or swinging the weight at all

I'm going to try them this week when I do shoulders.. I've been trying to think of something new to do.. Do you use a normal grip when you do these bro !!!
 
Damnitttt, I wanna do these! I haven't been allowed to train upper body for 3 weeks and it's gonna be at least another 3 (possibly longer, tho I hope not) before I get to again... :( I'll be trying those out though. I made some improvements to shoulders this past year, but I really wanna rock them out even harder in the year to come!
