Best Multivitamins Brand for Men

Quite difficult to determine and distinguish which among these brands are simply the best to take. I'm planning to buy a multivitamins for me. anyone know of good brand that maybe you've take before or taking right now?

^^ same its a good value compared to others out there. for example animal pak is a pain in the a$$ having to take 20 pills and paying heavily for them.

Secondly, I take Animal Pak. I get 44 packs for around $25. That gives you 44 days worth. It has everything you need and comes with 11 pills per pack. Some of them are large pills, there was a point in time that I could take all 11 at one time, but now I do 3 big ones, the other 3 big ones and then the 5 smaller ones so it takes 3 sips of water to get them down. I like that they come in that many pills because there's only so much you can put into one pill and makes you wonder how these company can get EVERYTHING in one pill. But they've (Universal) have been around for years and there's a reason for it. I love the company and it's the only multi I'll take.

I took animal pak for for sometime about a year ago. i just remember 10 of the 11 pills were fine but there was always that one pill that gave me nightmares. i tasted like something you would expect a taint to taste like. long story short its now one a days and stealing my girlfriends gummy vitamins, those little effers are good.

Yea, they're not the best tasting pills if you don't get them down in the first gulp. I split them into 3 groups, the 3 largest ones first, then the other 3 big ones, then the 3 rounds ones and 2 flat oval ones in the final gulp. I used to be able to down all 11 at once, but now I damn near puke if I try to even do 4-5 of the big ones
