did anyone experience numbness in the lower abs when applying IGF sub-q ? been using igf for a while now , but this only started 2 days ago , and when i do some abs workout i get a killer cramps which i never had before either.
I've had some issues when I apply to my vastus medialis in my quads. I had numbness and tingling. Just gave that area a break for a bit. No big deal really

If its of a lot of concern, you could try other easy parts, like the shoulder, tricep or chest.
I just started it and i am on my 3rd day.
I have expirenced numbness, but its usually only when i get a slight cutoff of circulation to the extremeties...even resting my hands on a desk can do it sometimes. I've never had this problem prior to IGF1 and honestly i always eat JUST incase its low blood sugar...which is very likely cause im trying to cut and im losing fat like a beast. Past 2 days, definitely noticable results in fatloss. I am doing cardio and cutting my cals, but i must say it DEFINITELY speeds up the process a LOT.
well , i am not doing sup q now and just doing IM , the numbness is gone , now it's bit sore and its tingling from time to time , so i think i will give that area a rest.
