Thats right you heard it here first, I worked out twice this week, lmao!!

Felt great to! I think my neck/back just needed that little bit of extra time off before getting back in there.

Presser, what did you do, you might be asking yourself. (not likely I know) but anyhow what do you think I did.....Chest, first, and then 2nd day I did tri's and traps.

I took nuk nuks advice and just did alot of reps with medium heavy weight. And feeling good i must say!

I know it feels good to be back in the gym. After I take a break I always feel 10 times better getting back in the gym, especially if it's a break I didn't want to take but was forced to!

Yeah, you've had a rough time lately, but now you are on the mend and you'll be back, better than ever in no time.

don't do that, remember you need to take it easy for a while...easier said than done-but it is what needs to be done for right now

best advice I can give you is, don't workout if you are having a shitty day...too much on your mind, too tired, etc

this will cause your mind to wonder and then you might break form and aggravate the situation all over again

I actualy couldnt agree more brutha! ANd ive been having more shitty days then good, so im sure thats played into why i havent been in the gym much recently as well.

If you're having a shitty day, just do cardio, at least you're getting in the routine of going and you're not pushing things

lol, i havent done cardio in many years, always been naturaly lean thankfully, but GOD knows i could use the cardio now days for sure!

I'm not saying you need it, but at least it'd get you in the gym. Just getting in a routine of being there, whether you lift, do cardio or just bullshit with someone, at least you go. That'll make it easier to get/stay in the routine of going daily. I only say this because I know you had said in another post thread that you weren't into it like you had been in the past

I couldn't agree more.. You are going to have a better chance of getting hurt..
