This week I tried something different, not locking out on anything I did to keep tension on the muscle. Didn't lock out knees for leg press, squats, etc. Didn't lock out elbows for presses. Seemed to make a noticeable difference, the burn was much more intense than usual.
How do you guys train, lock out, no lock out or it varies?
