Ok I'm pissed cause I lost my job/and insurance benefits due to a non fault auto accident which caused surgery etc . Now I need dental wrk and need physical/ bloodwork. Does everyone just go in dept $ 1500 per dental crown etc. What bothers me is if I was incarcerated for something I'd get free med/den/ eye for free paid for by the taxpayers! It fukin sucks.

I thank the good Lord daily for my Health Insurance! However even with very good insurance we still never get great Dental coverage. In the past 4 years we have went from Aetna, to Horizon, and now we changed again to AmeriHealth and every one we've been with has had shitty fucking dental as we only get 1k$ a year in dental and that ain't shit.

Oh yeah I got lawyer alright! I was hit by a city metro van on my way to work 2yrs ago in a personal pickup. I hit head on into side of the shuttle cause the Somalian crossing over three lanes of one way thought the one way was going the different direction and just left stop sign as I hit him at 35mph. Tore my shoulder / surg etc . Long story short metro is a huge corporation with big time attys and offered me chump change saying that my shoulder "possibly"' was already injured due to my profession as pipefitter etc . Attys sAid fuk you on the offer so now metro has as much time as they want to look over my whole medical life for any injuries to shoulder. No wonder people go postal. I'm still unemployed due to market crash. I found a dental place that is based on wage . Well I'm zero. I go in monday and will tell you guys how that goes!

And the special other thing is atty fees go from 33.3% for nothing up to 40% now that we are in litigation. It's a game of fukin everyone over as the dude say . I say 500k would work for me. What do you guys think of the value of lost career, insurance , wages of two plus years medical bills etc. List goes in!. Thank god no home foreclosure. Cause that woulda happened too! I rent .

I'd throw out an insane number and then settle for much less. When it comes to shit like this, you want to think of EVERYTHING (loss of insurance, auto loss, job loss, loss of future income not just the 2 years lost...). I mean everything, if that was a job you had been at for a while and had any kind of pension, I'd think about that too. I mean if you want $500k, I'd throw an enormous number out there and see if you can get them to settle at $500k. Kinda like shooting for the stars and settling for the moon

Don't forget mental pain and suffering. Loss of confidence due to a male lossing his job and means of providing for himself. Loss of self esteem. Throw everything in there bro. Yea , use very high number. I once sat thru jury selection for three days in a civil lawsuit. Someone driving a company Truck had MVA and hit another car head on and killed the female driver. The husband and children were suing the trucking company. They had experts coming in to determine her life expectancy for future wages. They threw in impact on children and grandchildren. Included anything you could possibly think of. After three days of torture, I was not selected for jury thank God.

Oh yeah . I was working for the same place for 13yrs. Last case my city metro settled big was a girl on a scooter t-boned and killed. Took her parents 7 yes to finally settle with same company I'm fukin dealing with for 7 mil. I hear you guys and my list of inconveniences are pages long so thanks for the input . Maybe that's why I won the pistol. It's my calling ...huh dude? Lol..

My attys newest update and not sure why this wasn't something at the start . We are now suing the metro INS company, city insurance co, and the driver personally... The driver is I believe Somalian and I'm no so sure I'd like to own a tent with 10 relatives smokin a hookah.. Attys are all crooks hope mines a murdering thief when it done. Ps borrowed 3k from my atty for dental. Lol
