Well it's really only been 2 and a half weeks since I started training her and she has made great progress. We had conflicting schedules so we didn't get to start when we wanted, but she has really impressed me. She has lost 15lbs and has rally started to tightn up nicely. I will post some b4 and after pics when she has reached her goal. Her diet is on point and she has been doing everything I have told her with no questions. I'm very proud of her.....

It's funny how some people think it's all about working out.....that part of it is easy....at least for me it is. It's the diet that is what really kicks your ass and makes the difference.

That is a rarity, and good for you. I always loved when my clients just did what I told them to do. Obviously she looks at you and trusts you to get her in shape, that is awesome.

That's some great progress man. I know it makes life very easy when you're not butting heads with your clients. I had way too many ask "Why" to everything I'd recommend to them and then they'd figure out that it was beneficial and still not do it. It got frustrating, if you didn't wanna do it in the first place, you could've just told me
