The link between lack of t3 and belly fat

after u have after u stop GH step down ur dosage 25-50 mcg at a time on the t4 wait a few months see how you feel go get ur thryriod checked and see whats going on thats what im going to do

you only need the extra t4 becasue the growth is using your supply up to fast to make enough so no i wouldnt take it any more no need your body isnt supercharged on GH

I'm sure Robby doesn't have any axes to grind with me as I haven't targeted a show yet nor is he familair with the area I live in.

OK I did a thyroid blood test, hopefully I can read this OK. The results were TSH in range 2.75 t4 was in range 7.3 free t4 index (t7) was in range at 2.7 but the t3 uptake was out of range at 37H

So to balance this out and bring my thyroid back to normal, is it t3 or t4 that is required? I'm sort of confused

To be clearer, my T3 uptake range should be 22-35% and mine came in at 37% only slightly out of whack. Will t4 cause this number to decrease? Really alls I want is my ab fat to be gone and of course be healthy.

Did you figure it out
I think so, i chatted with an Endocrinolgist online last PM and first thing he told me that GH does not burn fat and hes got proof of that (I expected that) and that my TSH which was 2.75 is very close to being hypo or slow thyroid. So now maybe I should see my Dr with the results and he will likely prescribe t4 to lower my already high t3.

Would you agree w/this assesment? I really hate to pay my doctor $100 for him to tell me that.

Can this be remedied by naturally doing something?

So I called my Dr and of course hes gonna be gone for 3 wks and cant see me until then, but I described my condition to his nurse, mainly that my TSH is close to being high and t3 uptake is slightly elevated, so she spoke to Dr and he said no big deal and not to worry.

That being said, yes maybe I'm not off the chart imbalanced BUT I'm no doubt not in a efficient fat burning mode either which is my goal here. So given the above would anyone recommend t4? It looks like I may have to self medicate.

Try it but Im telling you from my experience T3 or T4 which both I take meant nothing for Fat loss. I have to go no direct carbs, weigh every morsel of food and then do 1.5 hours of cardio a day to lose fat. Even then it is slow, it seems that set points are in place and hold you there. I just dont care enough anymore to have ripped abs, I mean I have to live and I am in shape. I care more of how I feel than how I look, I mean I feel good with how I look.

Yes I've read that neither one of these work well, then I've also read the were the key. The thing that makes me think it could be thyroid related was that I lost my abs in a matter of a few wks, meaning that something changed in a hurry. Did you have that issue? You see I want to compete by yrs end and I've had 1 yr and a half of this shit and am growing weary of the cardio, strict diet and minimal results. I dont mind the discipline and hard work but the results have to be there or I get fed up.

I did try the higher fats, high protein 5 months ago and gained weight, I likely didnt do it right. Was yours like the Palumbo diet?
