It's definitely not going to be good in its current state. In order for this to be at all beneficial there's some major changes that need to be made to it, but I don't see that happening. I receive free health, dental and eye insurance through my employer, but I can foresee that being a thing of the past. With this new shit taking effect and our union contract being up next year things are going to be a mess for me and my co-workers and that's just a tip of the iceberg

You don't receive free care. Stop fooling yourself. Your are paying for it in the form of lower compensation in your gross pay.

Seriously man, I work for a great company and make a lot more than minimum wage. Part time workers don't pay for their insurance, but full time employees do. Our insurance is through the company whereas the full time employees insurance is through the union so ours (part timers) is actually better. This is the reason a lot of people will only work there part time and then get another part time job so they're working full time.

Its like Huckabee said "perfume on a pig"

A lot of pundits think this was a ploy by Judge Roberts which favors Romney. He figured enough Independants who were sitting in the middle will now vote for Mitt due to this unpopular law. Hope so
