Correct! I seen the first part to this new HBO series called "Witness" and the only thing the cops and army confiscate in seizures is weed, to make it look like they are doing somehting, but they dont seize much coke or meth cause the army and police are so corrupt, if u guys get a chance to watch it, its really god so far, and crazy!
