yeah that is high but the ratio test to estridiol is way off, and it sounds to me like this doctor is picking therapies for symptoms and combining them ... I don't know what that really says for what you should do, but it's a question to ask him/yourself

I agree with you--- and I get where he is going- but I think this is not a normal case and it will show it when the next bloodwork cycle is done.
I am meeting with him tomorrow on the BP -had to meet with him away from the HRT place as it was a conflict of interest to talk about his practice(since he was not contracted for that the HRT clinic).

Just as a follow up, I started the cycle of Primotest on top of the Re1000, this time without any issues. One idea was maybe stay away from the Re1000 injection point, not sure if that helped but I didnt get any further night sweats.
Re1000 every 8 weeks and Primoteston weekly.
