My regular gym doesn't have any personal trainers that you can hire, but I went with my buddy to his gym before work today and his does have personal trainers. As I'm leaving I notice one of the trainers has a client, she has her client doing push ups while she's sitting on a chair. This actually angered me and made me want to become a persnal trainer again and do it on the side since I'm still part time at work. I hate when trainers don't motivate their clients or help push them, when I wiuld have my clients do something like this, I'd be down there doing them with them. That is one field that I feel has to be a hands on job. I don't see how you can just sit down while telling someone what to do, get down there and encourage them by doing it with them or at least helping them (this woman was really over weight and could have used the help). And that's not mention how overweight the trainer was, what the fuck happened to this world?
