Insulin preworkout vs. postworkout

Question guys!, I'm doing 4 ius of human r insulin if I'm correct your body technically does not need 10g of carbs per iu. I started at 8then 6g post work out I would have my protein drink 60g protein creatine glutamine and my karbolyn. Felt great took few sipps before injection then downed it 2hrs later I had my ground turkey 40g carbs.. Now my question is you aren't suppose to have any fats, 2hrs before or after injection.. Next question say I do, 6ius next round can I do that in one injection and if not split it 2 injection would I have to have a protein simple sugar mix or ur regular complex carbs chicken n brown rice or something... Also how long to wait to do the 2nd injection if I can do 6 in one shot I'd be a happy camper just would do 8g carbs per iu n bring like 12oz orange juice just in case Ty for your reply everyone

I just got gotta be smart w It, I'm up to 12 ius a day next week I'm doing 18 then 2shots of 8 ius to make 16 if you're smart n do your research you're golden but it's not for an ammature

it really is bro! And I think these forums like ours are a doubel edge sword, as you can get very good accurate info to be as safe as possible, but i see way too many guys jumping right into insulin when i personally think you need to be an experienced bodybuilder who also has or is going to compete,

I just dont know about it being used for the average gym goer. Not saying thats the case with Jdeisal here im just making an all around statement
 
I compete in NPC, if you are careful with anything n do your research you're good to go, a lot of people jump into things and don't get the full background scoop

Correct! My issue is with other sites like this one that are free for all with zero over site as to what people are saying or recommending, so guys can wind up DEAD with Insulin, thats all I was saying daddio! Wasnt talking about you specifically
 
i dont know bro 18 i.u. seems like a lot to me, but ive only done it once before, so maybe some others can help ya better

more meals then i can eat thats for sure, food looks good though, so your training early in the a.m.?

damn brutha, aint no way on GODs green earth I could train that early! Shows a lot of dedication though on your part! So KUDOS to you brutha! Thats a lot of insulin in my humble opinion, but sounds like you have it covered pretty good!
 
Whew, 20iu is a lot. I don't think I ever went over 15 iu, and I thought I was using it a little too much. Backed it down to 7-8iu which seemed to work well. I never tried it preworkout though. I was always too scared that I'd go hypo during the workout.
 
I feel great I do 10 n 10 gaining lean muscle people see change in me my weight went up 7lbs and I'm lower in body fat
