I recently noticed that my protein intake has been slacking. Barley getting to 200 grams/day on a training.
I only take one shake per day after my workouts.
So used to take a Casein Protein Shake with natty peanut butter before bed a few years ago.
So my questions are:
How many protein shakes do you take a day?
What are macros for each shake?
