I wanted to see who is carb cycling and what your method is. I have been using the low-70, medium-120, high-210. Try to do the low 2-3 days in a row then a meduim, repeat. Try to only use the high day when I have a cheat meal. Which I try to avoid but we all have our weakness, haha.
I was talking to a guy who use to compete. He said he would only do one carb meal a day! But he didn't do cardio. That would be hard for me! Any of you do this? He put it first thing in the morning. I would be more tempted to have it pre or post workout.
