I did try this yesterday. I hit two sets of calves to failure (30) reps. I killed calves the day before, so they were tender. Rich was talking 50-100 reps, but my calves are killin today so glad I didn't get too crazy. haha.
i tried this for a couple months and noticed no benefit, i get way more growth out of arms by training them like calves three times a week for 12-15 sets, 2 heavier days and one light high rep day
