Clenbuterol help for a woman please

Ok no abuse please guys im just trying to get as much info on clenbuterol dosages.

So im female, 27yrs, 5ft & 9st 6lbs, I excersise twice a day (light weights in the morning & cardio in the late afternoon/eve) I eat clean so no carbs and I still cant bloody shift the weight so im contemplating using clenbuterol.

Im fully aware of the side effects but im wary to what dosage and times to take it and days off etc along with having to take additional supplements.

Please note im in the UK if things are named diff here.

The two week on two week off protocol is the most common. Ramp up slowly when using. First day 40, second day 40, sides ok then bump to 80, when sides ok bump to 120. No need to ramp down at 14 th day just stop and wait another two weeks. Just make sure you are handling sides ok before bumping up the dose. Also split dose up through out the day.
 
great advice, though you might wanna start at 20mcgs being a female, but 40mcgs shouldn't kill ya if you go that route, just my opinion hun

Also If you start a new thread, you will get many more replies and much more help, rather then posting in this thread pages and pages back, it kind of gets lost when asking questions this deep into a thread,

Ok thank you, do I need to take anything with the clenbuterol? also what do I do when I hit the max dosage on say for eg the 9th day? do I continue on the max until the end of the 2 weeks and then start again at 40 after my 2 week rest? Please bare in mind ive never taken this type of stuff before and im not schwarzeneggers like you lot :) x

well if your dead set on using clen, then i would say since your new to it that you should start out at 10mcgs and work your way up from there,

i can't understand your height and weight, i see 5 foot tall, but not sure of your weight as it looks funny to me, and do u know ur approximate bf%
 
Also we have a female forums with loads and loads of this exact information it there for ya, so it might be worth browsing, the female forum is at the bottom of the forums listing page, just scroll down to the bottom and you'll see it, we have a shit ton of clen and female threads from experienced users, from competitors to beginners like urself

i was just asking for a guess, but its no big deal, and have you considered doing an ECA stack, thats what i use, instead of clen and its legal and i like it way more then clenbuterol!

ephedrine 25mg
caffiene 200-400mg
aspirin 85mg

those doses are what you would take at your size being a female, and you can buy all 3 separately over the counter at pharmacies and they kick ass together, just pop them all at once in the morning and its an insane fat burner, way better then clen for me!

you could post a pic. i agree starting off with light dose and working up the first time. have you tried fasted morning cardio? then lift weight in evening

and also agree with presser about ECA it would be better to start there than jump straight to clen

Sorry to sound stupid but what does fasted mean?

Ok...so I just go to the chemist and say please can I have ... ... ... and theyre ok with it? and I take that dosage ^^^ once a day?

Also I am looking so shed at least 20lbs in 7 weeks! I just want to weigh what I did before I had my daughter (120lbs) is this achieveable? x
 
I can only do cardio in the afternoons & evening as I have my daughter in the morning, ok so from what ive googled I think I understand, I could get up have no breakki and do weights, then can I have dinner around 1 then go for a full cardio run about 2? and then tea around 5? x
 
Fasted Morning Cardio, means doing your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, no food, it should put you into ketosis after a while if you do it properly.

I use to do cardio on an empty stomach, and would start smelling ammonia in no time at all lmao
