as i am a new User here i am Doing Bodybuilding since 2004 and i am 21 years old now i never take any steriods yet i am natural i want to know more about here that what i will use for Bulking up and Cutting both at the same time i need to increase my arms and legs

Please give me a Complete Course for Bulking up with Lean Mass i have hear about N2 guard too to take with any Cycle??

No Dear i am 21 Years old i said that i am doing Bodybuilding from 2004 until now it almost 10 Years Gone I am Good now a days i am Full lean But i want to Make Some Mass with kind of Shape and Cutting and Continuous it Thats why i need YOur Advice man!!

well he did call you "Dear" Presser....that has to count for some of your knowledge....I mean a good set of manners are hard to come by these days.....
 
First thing u can do is wait till u are 27or older u are to young for steroids but if u don't want to wait then when u are 30 and ur dick don't work without pills you will be wishing u waited. If u want mass eat more eat eat eat eat eat at 21 u r making more Testosterone naturally so eat and take Advantage of it don't be a dumbass and fuck it up and if u don't want to hear it from us don't ask us cause everyone on here will back up everything I have told u so wait and eat more I don't care if u say u eat a lot eat more
 
wait till at least 23-I know you don't want to hear that but if you start too soon you will be missing out-right now you are producing a lot of test

I've seen guys that started too soon and when they come off they lose everything

you've got a good base keep working on it

Well i am here to Respect all of you i am a Nice guy and thats what my Society Teaches me to Respect every single Human Beign have you seen my Photo Presser i am a very hardcore Trainer at the Gym i also did 405Kg Leg Press yesterday at Legs day currently i am taking only ON Creatine+ ON 100% Whey Two Times a Day

I eat alot of thing Smoking :P I eat almost 1Kg Chicken Breast 12 Eggs white and 2 Whole Eggs some veggies and GNC Flaxseed oil tabel two per day

I want to Add more mass to my legs and Calves i have done three Competitions so far in which i get 1st,1st and 2nd position and i am all natural

pretty vascular and good delt size for being all natural......all natural as in Mike O'Hearn natural..wink wink.......or perhaps have you found a few candies to chew on to get some size.........or all natural as in never pinned yourself.....you look good for being "natural" and I love that dirty tiny gym in the background....that's a gym..not like the fancy ones they build out here.....

Eswol Mate i am Doing it Very hard Training I always Follow Old School Training Principles i am all natural never use any Riods as i told you i am doing it from 10 years and Bodybuilding is in my Blood My diet is Good as so as my Training But i want to add more Mass to my Legs and Arms Thats why i want a Advice of you

Yeah Mate this is Dirty Gym for me it is my Home coz i have Grew Up here i have no Facility at all we have no Machines to do Professional training all we do Bench press, Incline Bench with three Different Angles like in Old Schools Legs press is Old but Very Solid and Hard as so as Cable Crossover

If i have Facility here i will do More Hardwork But Again i said we have nothing here But i am enjoying it here.
