So I started prepping for a show and dropped out of it as many of you have seen in recent posts. This was due to getting engaged an wanting to spend my engagement having fun not dieting... Well anyways the past 5 weeks or so I been eating so much crap, I managed to go from 200 12% to 215 16% .. I need to clean up my diet and get things motivating again, going to start taking Eca to suppress my hunger as it's been intolerable. Need some input/advice , is it possible to get back to my 10-12% before my cycle is over .. I have 5 weeks left on test prop 175wk , tren ace 525wk, mast 350wk, ad 2 weeks after that runnin just test suspension 50-100 eod
