Personally I feel their is a big difference between IM, and sub. Pump much better IM body fat loss better sub. That's why my next time around going to do both. IM pre work out sub post 30mcg each time, and the IM is bilateral.Is there even a difference ?

Start with a smaller bi lat dose and see how you react. Then increase as needed/desired.Hey Guys! First time posting. After reading the reviews i made my first purchase today.
