Exactly bro.....religion is a major contributor followed by culture.......the Indian diet is diverse.....diet and food habits change state wise and they have their own benefits and cultural touch to them......all in all its great as you can choose to have different meals for an entire month without repetition.........

Today I took the time to carefully break down my macro counting. This is not a game, man, I am a nerd about counting macros and hitting my goal, if you want you to see how seriously I take it just keep following my log…. As you can see nothing left to chance…..

3,900 calories today……

MEAL 1…..750 calories
-100 grams rolled oats
-1 banana
-30 grams whey isolate
-4 egg whites plus 2 whole eggs
-1 teaspoon coconut oil

MEAL 2…PRE-WORKOUT……800 calories
-150 grams jasmine rice
-150 grams chicken breast
-1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-100 grams zucchini
-1 kiwi

MEAL 3…POST-WORKOUT….. 700 calories
80 grams cream of rice
60 grams whey isolate
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch of sea salt

MEAL 4… .700 calories….
-200 grams lean ground beef…five percent fat
-200 grams boiled sweet potato
-75 grams avocado
-1 handful mixed greens plus
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

MEAL 5 ……..550 calories…..
-200 grams salmon fillet
-100 grams brown rice
-1 cup broccoli
-1 teaspoon olive oil

MEAL 6…....400 calories..
200 grams egg whites plus… 1 whole egg
-20 grams almond butter
-2 rice cakes

Yes indeed it is bro....the lack of awareness is the reason most people doesn't give importance to diet.....people mostly give attention to diet when their doc suggests after something goes wrong failing to understand if they follow good diet.....chances of visiting doc will be mostly zero....

Week 3 of the cycle and I am feeling great… lean gains, but more importantly, I notice a clear recomposition. I have definitely lost fat…. I will let you guess exact number, I’m not sure myself right now but I know my body fat percentage has dropped.

Around week 3 or 4 is when we start seeing those changes the body begins to adapt and starts showing faster improvements…….

During this phase I have become very selective with my breakfast. I always make sure to include fresh fruits and some vegetables. I like starting the day with a banana or a handful of raspberries. Sometimes I toss in a bit of spinach with my eggs just to boost my micronutrients without changing the flavor much.
