DAY 1 — PUSH WORK
CHEST | SHOULDERS | TRIS

• Well all, definitely up later than normal, set me off a bit, got up at 7 and moving pretty slow. Definitely need my rockstar zero before I do anything. Go over the news and see if I missed any bodybuilding news. Then I stumbled in to the garage for 35 minutes, running the heart at 125-135. Did my basic yoga stretches getting nice and warm following up with my basic stretches to finish up. As usual a few light sets to get everything firing off. And woke up!

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Started with the 50s again. 15 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed as hard as I can under load. I definitely am keeping this slow, at the top with load minimum I focus on squeezing the peck. Then down into a focused movement. And stretching deep as possible with a pause in the stretched position. And repeat.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets
10s, full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1, So did 12 on the rest of the sets. Focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it open you up. And arm angle plays a huge roll in this. I noticed that I feel the best in the chest with just a slightly bent elbow. That keeps it out of the sholder/front delt.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 50 lbs
10–15 reps × 4 sets
First set felt super light at 15 reps. Focus sharp, feeling them contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace slow. But on the contraction movement I push with heavy acceleration then slow accent back. On a 4 count. Hit 15 on the rest of the sets. Feeling pretty good after a couple weeks of deload. Everything seems to be healing up.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup, at 10 lbs, Hitting 15 on all sets just taking time. No changes in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders. This hard to write anything new about. Just got to work and put in the time.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 20s rotating up. First set 15 then to 12's finished off strong at 15. No shoulder pain from last week. So definitely moving forward.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,550
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- added a extra cup of rice to the cooker. Going to be an extra 145 grams of carbohydrates available in a day. As of late I take 2 cups and run it through the blender to add to the shakes.

• OVERALL NOTES
I felt good after my workout. That was needed to shake off the metal overload of yesterday. I realized I didn't put anything on this morning just me and my thoughts and some weights. Definitely going to eat big today, funny missing a couple meals and made me feel like I am starving. Everything was pretty cookie cutter and plane today but still got it done even when my mind was saying fuck off. In that I feel was a win. I hope everyone is doing great. And if you need anything or want to ask questions. I will do the best I can for you.

Samson Dauda, Private Posing Room Leak Shows Real Prep Progress
A low‑light posing clip circulated in two private UK Telegram groups today. Samson’s lower‑back tightness is the best it’s been since early 2023.
Key detail: He’s clearly deeper into prep than his public posts suggest.
This is the first real sign he’s pushing for a major mid‑year show.

• Hadi Choopan, Silent Chest Session, Loud Physique Message
Hadi posted a mute chest‑day reel, but the physique tells the story:
• Upper‑chest striations returning
• Waist tighter
• No travel content (meaning he’s locked in)
This is classic Hadi: no hype, just signals.

• Urs Kalecinski, OFFICIAL: Out for 2026, But Physique Update Shows Open‑Level Density
Since Urs is not competing this year, today’s update hits differently.
He posted a “fun training day” carousel, but the rear lat spread is the real headline:
• Mid‑back thickness up
• Lower‑lat sweep improved
• Traps fuller
This is Open‑class development, not Classic prep.
He’s building a new frame, not chasing a stage date.

• Regan Grimes Quiet Confirmation He’s Back With Milos
Regan didn’t announce anything, but today’s story showed:
• Milos’ exact training template on his whiteboard
• A giant‑set sequence only Milos programs
This is a silent but clear reunion.
Regan + Milos = high‑volume chaos incoming.

• Andrew Jacked “Light Pump” Video Shows 10–12 lbs of Progress
Andrew posted a casual pump clip, but the physique is undeniable:
• Arms fuller
• Delts rounder
• Waist still tight
This is the best he’s looked since early 2024.
He’s clearly in a productive rebound phase.

• Bikini Division Shake‑Up - Two Top Pros Hint at Coach Switches
Two major Bikini athletes posted cryptic stories today:
• “New eyes. New energy.”
• “Sometimes you outgrow the room.”
Both liked posts from Team Elite Physique athletes.
This could impact Pittsburgh + NY Pro lineups.

• Fresh IFBB/NPC Photo Drops
NPC News Online released new galleries today:
• 2026 IFBB Battle of the Bodies Pro
• 2026 IFBB GRL PWR Championships Pro
• 2026 IFBB Emerald Cup Natural Pro
• 2026 IFBB Emerald Cup Masters Pro
• 2026 NPC Empire Classic
• 2026 NPC/IFBB GRL PWR Check‑Ins
These are perfect for physique‑trend tracking.

TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Urs being out for the year shifts the Classic landscape and the Open conversation. His updates now read like long‑term construction, not prep. Samson’s leak is the biggest real news of the day, he’s clearly deeper into prep than advertised. He will look great at Pittsburgh. Hadi is signaling readiness without speaking. Regan sliding back under Milos is a major storyline. Andrew is quietly surging. And the Bikini coach‑swap hints could shake up early‑season placings.

PHYSIQUE BREAKDOWNS, (CREEPER’S VIEW)

• Samson Dauda — Private Posing Leak Breakdown
• Overall: Best combination of tightness + fullness he’s shown since early 2023.

• Back (Primary Change) Lower‑back detail is finally coming in. Christmas‑tree lines faint but visible. This is the first time in months he hasn’t looked “washed” from the rear.
• Quads. Still massive, but separation is sharper through the outer sweep.
• Glutes/Hams, Not in yet, but the grain is starting.
• Delts/Arms, Round, full, and borderline overpowered.
• Midsection, Controlled. No distention in transitions.
• Posing, He’s hitting shots faster, which usually means confidence is rising.

• USP Verdict: Samson is quietly ahead of schedule. This leak is a warning shot.

• Hadi Choopan Silent Chest Session Breakdown
• Overall: Classic Hadi, no hype, just undeniable progress.

• Chest, Upper‑chest striations are back. This is the “2021 Olympia” look.
• Shoulders, Cannonballs. No flattening.
• Arms, Veins running across the biceps and forearms.
• Waist, Noticeably tighter than his last rebound phase.
• Back (from side angle) Thickness returning through the mid‑back.
• Conditioning, Early‑prep crispness.
• Energy, He’s training angry. That’s when Hadi is dangerous. Thinking about it, that's just how he trains.

• USP Verdict: Hadi is in “silent killer mode.” He’s not posting words because the physique is doing the talking.

• Urs Kalecinski — OFF‑SEASON, OUT FOR 2026, BUT DENSITY IS UP
Overall: This is Open‑class construction, not Classic prep.

• Back, The biggest change. Mid‑back thickness is up. Lower‑lat sweep improved.
• Traps, Fuller, more 3D.
• Arms, Still a weak point, but triceps look thicker.
• Legs, Hamstrings showing more hang.
• Waist, Still tight, but he’s clearly eating big.
• Conditioning, Soft, but intentionally so.
• Frame He’s filling out the upper body to match the legs.

• USP Verdict: Urs is building a future Open physique. This is a long‑term threat, not a 2026 storyline.

• Regan Grimes, Milos Reunion Physique Breakdown
Overall: Regan looks like he’s back in high‑volume, high‑blood‑flow mode.

• Chest, Fuller than its been in months.
• Delts , Rounder, especially rear delts.
• Back, Width is improving again a Milos signature.
• Arms, Better separation.
• Legs, Still behind upper body, but sweep is improving.
• Conditioning, Off‑season soft, but not sloppy.
• Training Style Giant sets = Milos fingerprints all over it.

USP Verdict: Regan + Milos is the only version of Regan that ever moves the needle.

• Andrew Jacked “Light Pump” Video Breakdown
Overall: This is the best Andrew has looked since early 2024.

• Arms, Full, round, and finally matching his frame again.
• Delts, 3D cannonballs.
• Chest, Fuller across the upper shelf.
• Back, Hard to see fully, but width looks improved.
• Waist, Tight. No bloat.
• Legs, Still long and aesthetic, but quads look slightly fuller.
• Conditioning, Off‑season, but clean.

USP Verdict: Andrew is quietly rebuilding the version of himself that scared everyone in 2022.

* USP is #1 come see why for yourself

DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS
• Started the day off well, 4 am grabbing my rockstar zero. Hitting the treadmill with the Evo podcasts on. Going through the older episodes. Definitely some good info and human storylines unfolding. Was on the mill for 40 minutes keeping the heart at 125-135. Transitioning to the floor for some yoga following up with my standard stretches. Plan on getting the family up here after my workout. We got to drive over the hill for a dr. appointment on Monday. We will stay the night. So tomorrow's training will have to be in the evening. Not a big deal. I have prepared my food for the day. Just have to load my box and go!

* 181.6 this morning
• Work sets

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows
50 lbs — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean, reps and feeling very easy to move, very light in hand, it felt good to put a big squeeze in the back, crush some walnuts between my blades, working in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed every thing in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15. On the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work.

• Lat Pulldowns ( shoulder width + Unilateral)
75 on the stack, 35 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 18 reps. The stack feels light. But taking the time here is key. Keep the plan in check.
Unilateral rounds pushed 25 on each side for 6 sets. So all in total 12 sets. Think this is one of my favorite movements. Just the stretch at the top feels really good.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs today — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second discipline resets. Form is spot on. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, then into mid back under squeeze.

• Face Pulls
20 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts really fire off on this. But definitely can feel the shoulder blades rotating out, and pulling together middle of the spine. Hitting the mid/upper back and traps.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
65 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms cooking. Tension kept on each arm for a set, then switched arms no rest till both sides hit. This is done in a way – explode up...slow on the way down. This has probably lead to the shape of my bi's the most.

• Pullovers
75 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded so disciplined and controlled movements.

• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. Have been liking this as the arm finisher. Big and full after done.

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Total Calories: 3,200
- Total Protein: 280g
- Total Carbs: ~460–480g
- Total Fat: ~75–85g
- Total Sodium: ~3,800–4,400mg
- Had a table spoon of honey at the beginning of the work sets.

• OVERALL NOTES
Feeling good even with all the travel and eating on the go. Had some rain and snow and shit drivers. But nothing out of normal. Look forward to my own bed.

Men’s Wheelchair
• Winner — Josue Fabiano

• Ivy Nile Dominates GRL PWR Championships (Orlando)
WWE’s Ivy Nile (Emily Andzulis) made her fitness competition debut and swept every division she entered, winning:
• Women’s Physique Overall
• Women’s Bodybuilding — Open & Overall
• Women’s Physique — Open Class A

This was her first-ever NPC/IFBB appearance — and she crushed it.

• CREEPER’S THOUGHTS (TEAM USP)

The Arnold South America results delivered a clean, controversy-free outcome, Leandro Sencini Peres is officially on the map, and Blessing returning to a top‑3 spot is a storyline fans will run with. As I was let down looking at his IG his pictures. He looked really good but he faded out quick and lost control of his gut and his look was off. Classic Physique continues to explode in Brazil, and Livingstone Livinho looks like a real threat for future international shows.

Ivy Nile’s sweep is the shockwave of the day.
A WWE athlete walking into an IFBB/NPC stage and dominating three divisions on debut? That’s crossover power we rarely see and it’s going to get mainstream attention.

• TEAM USP ahead of the curve.

TEAM USP!

TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs 🔥
Lower body work, deload work.

• 181.2 Lbs This morning. I really want this to start going the other way!

Needed extra time this morning to get movement fluid. Of course I had my Rockstar zero straight away at 4am even getting home past my bed time and being exhausted. My internal clock hits at 0330-0400 every day. On the treadmill mill for 40 minutes heart rate up to 125–135. Into yoga stretching following up with deep Leg stretching. So today feels like a big win as I was fighting the urge to go back to bed for a few more hour's.

• Leg Press
4 plates or 180lbs, stance wide today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads begging for more plates. I like the wide stance. I can bottom out on this getting a big stretch. And easy to come out the hole.

• Cable Crunches
We are still at 100 lbs, like last time. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 20 reps. This is definitely giving my rib a time out and not feeling it at all as of late.

• Romanian Deadlifts
100lbs, back loosened, belt tight. Hamstrings takes the load fine.
10 on the opener. Staying with last weeks reps set, to 8 for 5 sets. Still feeling pretty good. I know once the weight goes up reps will go down.

• Calf Raises
110 lbs on a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze, repeat. 5 sets done.

• Hanging Leg Raises
Weighted sets with 5 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. 10 reps with a rest of 60 seconds between sets.
Abs looking good, definitely popping.

• Smith Machine Squats
180 lbs, wide stance, tempo locked.
8, 10, matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form is natrual in this. The foam isn't really needed doing this one.

• Hack squat started this off light as the finish touch 140 on, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down 12, 10, 10. quads good and hot. The foam box is still in play. It is definitely becoming easier to hold.

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,150
- Protein: ~280g
-Fats:~75g
- Sodium ~ 3,250 –3,950
- Carbs: ~380–420 Moderate‑high (ideal for recovery)
- Fats: Controlled, mostly from eggs + almond butter

• Notes of the Day
Feeling pretty good over all. Glad in the end I cranked this out. As I feel a lot better than when I got up. Neck was stiff, back too. Was being a cry baby in my mind trying to talk myself out of doing anything. But only person I would let down is me. That also means the most. As you are the only one that can beat yourself. So keep after it my family. It's you against you. And you can make it happen!

• Wesley Vissers Teases Move to Men’s Open
Vissers told Jay Cutler that a move to the Open division is “for sure going to happen,” adding fuel to the mid‑season storyline.

🧠 Creeper’s Thoughts (TEAM USP)
Today’s pull is clean and competition‑driven exactly how we do it. The Battle of the Bodies Pro gives us a verified anchor with Jeanne Kassel taking the win and securing her Olympia spot. The rest of the day is dominated by legacy‑athlete engagement spikes, but the real competitive tremor is Wesley Vissers openly leaning toward Men’s Open. That’s the kind of division‑shifting tease that reshapes the season’s middle stretch. To me Wesley isn't ready to cross over yet. He needs bigger quads and the way the top guys are blowing past 350. He has a hugh mountain to climb! No fluff, just the real heat.

* Rest day on paper, never in execution. Started the day off @ 0430. Have a meeting today an hours drive frome home. Looking at a new job, I believe this will be a positive change of pace. So started off with the rockstar zero in hand and got going on the treadmill mill for 30 minutes running the heart rate up to 125-135 as everyone should do not matter. Unless you are a marathon runner. Then I guess you get a pass. So following up with some yoga stretches while the Evo podcasts is on in the background. Finished off with my normal stretches in the legs and back as well as arms and chest. Also running a double check of everything else that I will need to say today. Time to get some food going. 🤙

I forgot to say that this morning. I did my normal pull–up's with a 25lb plate 5 x 5.
Today went well I thought I was making it hard to hire me but didn't seem like a problem. Should I have asked more? 🤷
Well I still have 6 weeks to finish up my other projects and get back to a normal grind. So in one way very exciting in an other I won't be my own boss. Still as long as my gym time isn't interrupted everything is as it should be. Also I want to note my wife has Joined Evo @Amanda Creeper she is going to start logging her fitness journal and looking for insights besides my own.

Dorian dropping quad shots at 64 is rare as well is a reminder of what real pedigree looks like.

DAY 1 — PUSH WORK
CHEST | SHOULDERS | TRIS

• So today is going to be a bit messy. I had my wife put our doctor's appointment together so I have to fast after 0500 That being said up at 0330 and got the Rockstar zero in hand straight to the garage and on the treadmill starting slow while drinking. Lol, 40 minutes later. Did some quick stretches with just a few warm ups. Straight to work sets. So I can eat and get a shake in so I have some energy to burn.

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Started with the 50s again. 15 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed as hard as I can under load. I definitely am pushing tempo today.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 50 lbs
10–15 reps × 4 sets
First set felt super light at 15 reps. Focus sharp, feeling them contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace going. But on the contraction movement I push with heavy acceleration then slow accent back. On a 4 count. Hit 15 on the rest of the sets. Feeling pretty good now. Pretty awake. And super hungry!

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup, at 10 lbs, Hitting 15 No changes in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 20s rotating up. First set 15 then to 12's finished off strong at 15. No shoulder pains at all. So seems to me I should be ready to load up now.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,550
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- added a extra cup of rice to the cooker. Going to be an extra 145 grams of carbohydrates available in a day. As of late I take 2 cups and run it through the blender to add to the shakes.

• OVERALL NOTES
I felt good after my workout. The day started off with a cool wet rain overnight. I like the cold humidity. The low cool clouds with light starting to break through will bring a nice fresh air with the smells of the forest. I quickly got my daily foods ready, got my 3 eggs and turkey bacon in chased that with a triple scoop protein shake while eating a cup of oats. After this I will hydrate well. Make sure when you do blood test Fasting doesn't mean dehydrated. So drink fucking water! So it is an actual snapshot of normal. Dehydration = thick blood. Then I will have my ready shake and food in the car after my appointment. I know I will be starving by that point.

💀 Team USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Today feels like the calm before the storm. Lauralie tightening the screws tells me Bikini is about to get violent at Pittsburgh. Andrew Jacked’s physique momentum is real. The man looks like he’s prepping even when he’s not. Wesley vs Mike is the rivalry Classic Physique didn’t know it needed, to me Mike is walking a fine line on looking classic in cut, to a 212 during off season and every new clip adds fuel. NPC is flooding the pipeline with fresh talent, and the amateur ranks look hungrier than ever.
TEAM USP stays ahead

* 181.6 this morning

DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

Starting off at 0430 as usual nothing pressing first thing so was able to get my Rockstar zero in with some morning news, I remember why I don't really like the news. So checked up on some bodybuilding news. Rolled it the garage flipped on some Evo podcast. Run up the treadmill for 35 minutes getting target zone 125-135 hbpm. Then did some yoga stretches working on some back and legs holds. Then straight into my traditional stretches. For the longest time I never cared enough about stretches, and I can say now it takes less time doing them than healing from a strained muscle. So give it some thought if its not part of you're personal rotation.

*185.4 lbs this morning.

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows
60 lbs — 15, 14, 13
Back took fire instantly. Hip pivot locked. Bar path clean. Almost effortlessly.
Got down on this, felt good, tightening squeeze between the shoulders with a 2 second pause, slow decent. To an accelerated pull up again.

• Lat Pulldowns (half a grip wider than shoulders + Unilateral)
95 on the stack • 45 for uni
Natural ‑to‑narrow rotation for 16–18 reps across 6 sets.
The 6 or 7 show is almost over. Will be getting blood results any time 🤙
Unilateral rounds past 20 — pleasure‑pain mix, no other way to describe it.
Elbow‑to‑hip cue = width unlocked.

• Seated Cable Rows
120 lbs — 15, 15, 15
Full resets. Tight pulls.
90‑second discipline.
Strength shows up in the patterns we build.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs — 20 reps × 3 sets
Rear delts always get the pump on this.
Whole upper back gets touched.
Cracking walnuts between the shoulder blades by the end.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
85 lbs on cables
Set 1: 12 slow, surgical reps
Set 5: 8 full reps + unknown partials
Arms pumped to the can't move my glasses up phase.

• Pullovers
65 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open.
Last set slowed down to carve width with intent.
Cookie‑cutter planning? Maybe. But it works.

• Extra Set
Spider curl
20 lbs × 3 sets
First set: 10
Then 7 → 4 → feel good hurt partials
Forearms jumped in a bit, I will need some time before I could take a dump at this point. Job done 💪🏼

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,200
- Protein: 280g
- Carbs: 460–480g
- Fat: 75–85g
- Sodium: 3,800–4,400mg
- Tablespoon of honey before work sets — this is working very well. Felt the difference form the start. I also drink an electrolytes mix during the work.

• OVERALL NOTES
Feeling pretty good even after being up a bunch lastnight pee'ing. May start planning a switch up on my workouts to try different options for breaking up what my muscles know is coming.
Blueprint locking in for the blast.

🔥 TEAM USP DAILY BODYBUILDING NEWS. 5/01/2026

• DEREK LUNSFORD: OLYMPIA MOMENTUM SURGING
Jose Raymond publicly predicts Derek Lunsford wins the 2026 Mr. Olympia, stating he exposes Andrew Jacked from the front and Samson Dauda from the back, emphasizing Derek’s balance, leg dominance, and refinement-focused approach. Raymond warns that adding more mass could be “too much,” but believes Derek’s current structure is championship-ready. I see it from shot to shot not getting a full picture of what he has done. Undeniable he has improved.

Additional Derek storyline:
A new long-form breakdown video highlights Derek’s 2026 plan bigger, sharper, more complete with targeted improvements to arms, chest, and overall conditioning. The Open division is heating up, but Derek’s trajectory remains upward.

• Mindset angle:
Derek has been offering strategic advice to rivals like Nick Walker and forecasting a strong 2026 return for Samson Dauda, showing he’s mentally locked in and analyzing the field with precision. As well as changing his weak points that were called out.

• HEADLINE 2 — ALI BILAL PHYSIQUE UPDATE AHEAD OF NEW YORK PRO
Men’s Physique standout Ali Bilal drops a shredded update one week out from the 2026 New York Pro and two weeks out from the Pittsburgh Pro. Jay Cutler and Jeremy Buendia both praised his conditioning. Bilal is the on-paper favorite, but Erin Banks is coming in hot.

• SAMSON DAUDA SIZE DEBATE HEATS UP
Industry analysts are questioning whether Samson Dauda is getting “too big,” risking aesthetic balance. Discussions highlight the fine line between mass and symmetry, with concerns about maintaining V‑taper and proportion. Training and nutrition discipline remain key to his trajectory.

These confirm active amateur circuits feeding into IFBB Pro League qualification.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Derek’s momentum is undeniable whe you watch him work. Then when multiple veterans start calling your shot months out, that’s not hype, that’s pattern recognition. The field is improving, but Derek is refining. That’s the difference between chasing and defending.

Ali Bilal looks lethal heading into New York, if he nails conditioning, Banks is in trouble. But I have Brando and Krizo mixing it up. With Keon looking killer, open should be good. Samson’s size debate is real; mass without flow won’t survive modern judging. But he is pulling the conditioning in. We will see.

TEAM USP stays ahead because we hunt the ones the rest of the industry misses.

•TEAM USP stays locked in, momentum doesn’t wait.
USP leveling up again.
Bar raised.
Come take a look for yourself, new products in stock, and the squad keeps growing. The brotherhood is amazing!
