So I know alcohol is horrible for working out and cutting weight, but I just wanted to know how bad it is and what it really does to your body. I'm curious if even drinking once away will ruin the progress you made it that week. Thanks! would love to have some feedback :)
This is really true. I feel it when I'm dieting and have to decide if I would rather stick to eating clean or giving in to unhealthy eating. It's a mind struggle as well as a test of your own determination and willpower to reach your goals.

Yeah I had some professional pictures done up. I did the NPC Midatlantic Natural Class. I made first call out and took 5th place. I don't think it was that big of a show. I'm working on putting more muscle on and shooting to do another competition in the spring.
Thanks! I want to go pro. In my last figure competition I placed 5th. Does it help that I'm in the military? How would you recommend getting my name out there?
