    the only "gains" nolva will prevent are weight gains due to excess water retention. who wants that anyway? I always run nolva throughout a cycle not only for gyno prevention but to help maintain healthy lipid profiles.

    I don't load but I take average 10 g per day. I usually take 1 dose 45 min preworkout in a protien drink then another post workout in a fruit juice (usally grape juice). I always get really good results from creatine

    used to use, but only because I was competing. NOw I never do so all of the stabilizing tissues get / stay strong. I can't squat quite as much without them but I feel better without.
