BTW 20/20 or prime time live did a test with the forman grill and found it got rid of a MINIMAL amount of fat compared to cooking in a regular pan. I mean come on think of it logically how...

Is it red or pinkish in that area? Does it feel warmer than your other leg in the same spot? Do you have a fever? Is your appetite off?
If you have any of these it MAY be an indicator of infection. If you do not it does NOT mean that...
LOL Time and time again I see guys posting that you have to have to inject 3CCs of air to do any damage. And yet I have never found anyone willing to inject 2ccs of air to prove it ;)

I don't understand why you are talking about excess calories being stored as fat. Perhaps you missed where he said he is LOSING fat.
He is also eating NINE times a day. How many more times you guys want him to eat lol

I am curious how you can figure out he is eating too much when he says he islosing fat and you have no input as to his weight, height, BF % etc.
What is the differance if you eat 1000 calories every 3 hours for a 6 meals or you eat 500 calories for 12 meals?

Are you still on the AS? If yes and it was me I WOULD worry about losing 2lbs if I was NOT on a cutting cycle. If no and you think the 2lbs was fat then as ACE said not to worry about it of course.
