I want to try igf alone without gear i was cuting until now i want to lean bulk what sort of igf cycle would be best for beginner.. dosages, how long etc.. and can any 1 explain the diff between different types man like lr3 all that jazz lol

shoulder injury sux bro im still recovering from mine. all you need is Time!!! dont use that arm just light physio wen u ready i wore a sling wen i first done it just to remind me not to use that arm.
were in the same boat bro except i got hot older ladies at my work lol iv been eating clean all week just had a pizza tho damn i hope thats not gona slow me down better do some cardio, have you tried some cardio in the morning on an empty stomach?

back in the gym after shoulder injury (ligaments) iv held mass well but got fat as result now my question is can u really get big shredded on light weights? not baby light i mean moderate weights not killing it like i used to. when back in full swing i myt add some test /tren :dj:
my diet is set on bulk at the mo to hold that muscle u no its not very neat, but its lean just high carb do you think its possible to cut some fat by keeping diet the same and adding cardio every day?
