    For some front delts come into play alot when doing regular bar curls or EZ bar curls, drag curls are a good way to take the shoulders out of the movement.

    r3IFG-1 -- Anybody UNHAPPY ?

    I have been off cycle for 4 weeks and began LR3 2 weeks ago. I have acutally put on 3 pounds when I usually lose 6-8lbs when I come off a cycle with proper PCT and all. So I am happy so far. I got carpal tunnel in my L wrist and all very sleepy and am alot hungrier than usual.

    I think some people blow out of proportion of how much the pros take. Just because they are so big doesnt mean they are taking any more than you or the next Joe bodybuilder. I bet theres more ameteurs that take alot more than the pros do trying to make up for lack of genetics. Remember these...

    Well I dont know if this answers your question, but I find I build better with a slower negative, a controlled one of say 4 seconds or so instead of just blasting through the movement. You have to tear the muscles and then repair them, tear and repair, training and proper recuperation is the key...

    A different split than DC suggests. The reason is bec he wants to train each bp as many times per year as possible and make continual progress over the year. Kidrok you must be training 3 days on and one off or something like that?
