The tren wore me out. Too many issues at work combined with tren and I got a few calls from the heads to cool my jets. So 9 weeks in on tren I had to drop it just based off of that alone.
Na, I didn’t abandon it. It is over tho. Been dealing with a rough patch at work so I haven’t been on in a while. Cycle went well, my diet wasn’t as consistent as needed due to my work schedule but still seen great gains. I’m going to cut the body hair again this week and post a final pic tho

Yep, I build commercial buildings. My Blue jeans are soaked with sweat now. And it’s not even that hot. I eat a heavy breakfast and carb load and deload as much as I can. It’s a lot easier to pack in on in the winter that’s for sure. Down here in the south the summer sun is unforgiving.

Carbs is tough for me. Due to my job. Right now I’m hands on so I’m working hard at work and the gym but most of the time I just walk around running crews and when I do that I go below 250 and carb load before and after lifts and had great results. Like today I’ll have maybe 200ish but tomorrow...
