Max, thanks for the info...i also have seen most benefits have been with high calorie diets...thse users also reported large appetites..hunger pains etc....something we both did not find...as i said i will be trying it again with aas and will adhere to your considerations...i will let you know...

Its been awhile since i tried that...if i remember correctly is was around 47-48..just under 50 is what i seem to remember. Thats when my max bench was 575 for 5 reps...also did 405 close grip for 19...i was hovering around 275lbs at the time.
