Dangerous
It is dangerous to use prescription diuretics - plain and simple. Get it wrong and you will miss your peak and/or end up in the ER. Drying out can be done without prescription diuretics and can work just fine.
Spilling over
Best way to get this right is to use Skip or DPSQUAT for a coach - but in general I'm of the belief that there is no such thing as spilling over from too many carbs - but there is such a thing as holding water by messing up your carb deplete/carb load/ shit load/ sodium/water...
It is so hard to eat right and get in my workouts when I'm on the road. I'm in the middle of a road trip back to WI from VA for the holidays - ugg. But it keeps peace in the family so here I am.
